Basketball finally...

Leaving at lunch from work, I went to the Nixa community center and played a little basketball. There were 6 of us total. It has been at least 3 months since I last played. That was with the HealthCareFirst team that did not turn out all that well since my knee was really giving me trouble. My left knee still is a bit sore when I play but I decided that I enjoy it so much that perhaps I can still play, keep the pain to a minimum, and be smart about it. I really do lose myself out there on the court to where nothing else really matters that much. I hope I get to play for a long, long time.
